BJP MPYogi Adityanathon Saturday termed as "irresponsible and seditious" the statement of formerJammu and KashmirChief Minister Farooq Abdullah on Azad Kashmir, and said the part of Kashmir under Pakistan's control would be taken back. "The statement given by Abdullah is irresponsible, seditious and amount to contempt of Parliament," the BJP MP told reporters here.

Abdullah had yesterday said "Azad Kashmir was part of Pakistan" and would remain with it while India would continue to control its part of Jammu and Kashmir and claimed that former PMAtal BihariVajpayeehad proposed this to the then President Pervez Musharraf. Adityanath said "every inch of land of Kashmir belonged to India and the part of Kashmir under Pakistan's control would be taken back". Asked if BJP was contemplating forging an alliance before Assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, he said a decision in this regard will be taken by the party's central leadership and Parliamentary Board.

The best solution is as you said the LOC is turned into ib. Alongside that kashmir needs to be completely demilitarised and kashmiris from both sides given special id's that allow them to travel to the other side(visit only to kashmir not further into the country). I as a pakistani would happily accept this solution only if India agrees to respect the indus water treaty after all the only reason we fought for kashmir unlike hyderabad and junagadh is water!

Not really, the illegal occupation of IOK&J must end and it should be included into the Azad Kashmir and made a province of Pakistan.
