PSL is only worth US$200m dollars - we will have to wait and see how it develops - personally its a non-starter.

Played safely towards Mid-on for a single.Chose the option three.

nah doc mid-on is not a safe place to hit as you are playing across the line...taking lot of risk for just 1 run ....mid-off is a better place to hit :agree:

PSL or IPL or any other league, we have to understand that these are making a mockery of a SPORT called Cricket, if one looks at the time of Pre-IPL era & Post-IPL era, they are totally different ballgame, now Cricket is more of a commercial venture than a Sport. I am not saying that money wasn't involved in Cricket earlier but players also used to play for the spirit of the game, of lately that seems to have been gone. Now if you look the attitude of some players than they are more interested to make it into IPL than there national teams, some even retired early so that they can give attention to IPL.

As far as IPL vs PSL issue is concerned, to be really fair, there is no comparison, there will hardly be any foreign players involved in PSL b'coz of security issues, BCCI is the richest board of cricket while PCB is struggling, IPL involves big players of Indian film industry & corporate, So there is GAME, FAME, NAME in IPL which has made it a BIG event of sport, PSL is just in it's nascent years & it can no way compete with IPL in many years to come. But i am pretty sure that together, these all leagues will completely ruin a Sport called Cricket.

LOL, that's like saying if Pakistani wouldn't have been an Islamic state, then no terrorists would have found safe haven here !!!

No more like saying that had India not been a Hindu state it would not be full of trolls or retards or inhumane practices such as sati and burying of infant girls alive.

Because their players want money. :D

Afridi and Umar Gul were found chewing the ball. :D

Afridi had not had lunch that day, he was hungry man!!

Please vote and comment....................

But why do you bother about PSL?...And 1st of all these two are unequal comparison....Pakistan has been denied the international cricket some extent due to its own internal issue and to good extent it is political issue too...So inspite of so much of difficulties, PSL is getting started is a big deal...We should always wish everyone should prosper and grow rather than we are the only person to grow in in T20 league...And on top of that if Pakistan and its public are happy to see their league is happening...That is an enough indicator that PSL is succeeding well..

He (right arm medium pace) was bowling around the wicket with a fielder at mid-off(moderator off) and the wicket keeper(WebMaster) was standing right behind the wickets for a stumping chance.

Now that the fielder is at mid-on(moderator On).

Perhaps they should worry more about the game of cricket than the cheerleaders, whatever it'll be T20 format is always fun to watch---A slog sweep towards the deep backwards.

Now you are On strike @Mani2020.Nothing in the pitch ,you can hit.;)

Thanks to the openers we are low on gas(score) ,just 4 runs on the board.

how about introducing some excellent talented players from our brotherly countries such as turkey/china, i mean there must be some talent shouldnt it, it will also make PSL look extraordinary if the players from unusal countries perform

Quotes from the PSL Managing Director during a press conference earlier today.

We are negotiating with players from South Africa, England, West Indies, Sri Lanka, and Australia. These are major countries and we have received positive responses. Names will be announced as soon as we have a substantial number of players confirmed.

BCCI does not allow their players to visit Pakistan, but we are in contact with players from Bangladesh.

We are in discussions with big names including Chris Gayle and others. Our representative is in the West Indies to discuss the PSL with players there.

We are approaching top players from every country including Bangladesh. We have taken care of the security situation and are informing players about our security measures. They can come and see all oursecurity arrangements for the PSL.

We have no policy to ban any player from any country. Our policy is to allow any player who can come and play and benefit the PSL and Pakistan.

Bidding of players will be done in the last week of February. We have plans to do it after 24th of February.

We have 5 categories, 'Diamond', 'Platinum', 'Gold', 'Silver' and 'Emerging'. Both Pakistani and foreign players will be allocated in these categories. We are offering one of the best wages per match in comparison to other leagues.

This is a 100 million dollar tournament. Over a period of time, capacity will increase.

In emerging category we will give priority to young Pakistani players.

We have advertised broadcasting rights and we have had an overwhelming response. We have also had very good responses from franchises. There are 5 teams but we have more potential buyers.

By the end of February everything will be finalized.

We are thinking about giving our women’s team some exposure during this tournament.Quotes from the PSL Managing Director during a press conference earlier today.

Pakistan is not reveling the sponsors...but you have dawood like criminals who can spend big....

There is no shortage of illegal money in pakistan

Every post of yours is full of hatred, give it a break :partay:

It won't when there are bombs going off in Pakistan. Its wasting money-no one wants to come to Pakistan. This is one of those pride-talking posts. However when Indians pride talking they talk about taking over Maldives. Instead when its our pride talking we are saying meow like a pathetic starved cat.

Anyone bother to talk about our foreign policy and how in 10 years time we will be an Indian colony with them growing assertive and we taking a side role. All thanks to the TTP.
