Many countries rejected ICJ verdict that doesnt mean they became rougue states. If you had read the entire verdict then you would know that you have very littie to celeberate. Unfortunately most idiots like you become happy with highlights and neglect the rest. If you want to accept ICJ ruling then you will have to accept all of what they have ruled in this case. Did you know that according to declaration given to ICJ by India you cannot take another common wealth country regarding a mutual dispute regarding security issues? There are more jewels like that in Indian cabinet unfortunately.

The key point that has been made is that Pakistan was thumbing its nose at India that they can do whatever and India cannot get consular access. Because of this one issue, India had to show Pakistan that its position can be broken - and that's been accomplished with the stay.

This necessarily means Pakistan has now been made to provide consular access. Beyond that, anything India manages to get is bonus.

Secondly, while all venom is being directed at the Pak government for showing up at the ICJ, it is impossible for them to have done that without the Pak military's consent or permission. Blaming Nawas Sherief's govt as inept is therefore invalid.

india in the past had rejected one too. and that too aginst Pakistan.

By the way according to security forces, lot of evidences against kalboshan were never made public due to many reasons, which will be made public now at ICJ. Irrefuatable evidences. It also includes terrorism in iran.
