I will speak on this technically Turkey if tomorrow introduces a bill in parliament that shipment of parts to USA should be halted until some Turkish team gives a report on US Turkish relation what will happen to F-35?

I know Turkey will get F-35 and no deliveries are due for next 90 days so I don't understand how is this even a delay?
