BTW I have heard about SEZ's and FTZ. And I congratulate you for leasing your only lifeline to Chinese for 43 years that too as an FTZ with ZERO custom duties for Pakistan, also as an SEZ with ZERO excise duty and Zero income tax for your country.

While other Countries have SEZ's and FTZ's to support their economy you do it for your all weather friend for 43 long years assurance through mutual lease agreement.

Do you even know that India's application is not rejected but under process ?
There is a separate panel and an ambassador assigned especially to study India's case.
China was sidelined and humiliated that it called its lead negotiator at NSG and cried to him.
Well what happened to Pakistan's application ?

No country can make India sign NPT. West is lobbying for India because they see a strong ally and a trade partner.
We could make it inside NSG by ditching NPT if the West wants to. Fortunately, the West wants that to happen.

sir whenever a govt starts a project they subsidize it to make it grow and when it sufficiently grow they apply required taxes ........... by giving them tax free environment we have managed to make them invest 46bn dollars and it is increasing day by day ........ dont compare CPEC with whatever you signed with USA how much capital investment are you getting from them??

The recent failure of India in getting the NSG membership should be enough to make Indians eyes open.
Had uncle SAM support was enough for india, then india would have got NSG membership long ago.

Chinese only interest in CPEC is to have an alternate route and access to a strategic port in Arabian sea.

Any other investments by Chinese will be purely commercial and may not be in the interest of Pakistani Industry and economy. I may be wrong but to Chinese it is not friendship but it is profits that matters.
