This is absolutely false, we are also vulnerable to the point infraction.

There are many Indian trolls here who started to lash the racial slurs against us, yet they were not getting for that kind of appalling behavior.

like songshan said, we all have our crazies, it is up to the sane members to avoid getting in to mud-slinging and spoil the thread.
Some are foolish enough to get carried away, some just use the victim card to vent their personal hatred.

No, we will eventually become a true communist society, but we have made a lot of mistakes in the past.

The communism is considered as the Utopia by many philosophers, but it doesn't mean it is unachievable.

Since the mankind will keep evolving, we will eventually reach the Utopia.

Anyways, but still there are concerns regarding real estate bubble; I am not sure how your govt is going to deal with it?

I know there are bubble in the real estate, but they are already alarming and doing the best to fix it.

There is also another particular reason why China's housing price remains so high, because most Chinese families will always try to buy their own house/apartment, that's why the demand is always so high.

If they can rent the apartment, then the housing price will certainly be inflated like that.
