So it will be better for those upper caste rulers to keep the lower caste untouchable population being illiterate and inferior forever.

I'm sorry I missed a dozens threads posted by Indians on how China would attack you guys in 2012, next 2013 next 2014 or the Threads on how Evil China is being evil or not free enough for indian standards , and now we support Separatist Groups which your government denies.
