Take some time off,understand why are you sad,what is making you sad.Talk to people who you think will patiently listen to you and give you sane advice-they can be anyone family,relatives,friends.If you need to go to a psychologist then don't wait just go,there is no shame in taking all the help you can to keep you positive.
