Bro, go find yourself a girlfriend, peferably a desi. Then go out with her and watch the stars or go hiking. Spending the winter alone can give you depressions. Trust me i have been through that.

Don't worry I am not at that worse level now, I am not going to commit suicide for Allah's sake. The reason I am disgusted is that the corruption in the society. That for some reason today making me disgusted and yes winter is bliss but it also brings depression for some who are inactive. It is the muslim women who disgust me. I had no problem women working but now I came to a strong conclusion. Women should not work, they should pay attention raising kids, because as women are precious, the kids are too. I will never send my kids to public school Insh Allah. But don't get it wrong. If a woman wants to get Phd that is fine with me, she will be more knowledgeable raising kids. Now this also not applies that all the house work will women do. No! No! No! As woman raise kids, as man are the providers, they will share the household works. I am just disgusted!

These seem like Social Issue best left up to you and your wife, however I suggest you that Corruption is in every society it will improve. I disagree with what you have stated saying women should not work however that's left up to you and your wife.

Since exercise releases endorphins into your bloodstream.

Much that I would like to agree with you I cannot get myself to do so.

People who are so self centered and cannot look beyond themselves and cannot work themselves around problems they face are loosers.

Before anyone takes a call to end his life does he / she for a moment look beyong his / her self to see how this would impact others who are connected to them ? None of us are an island , we have parents, wives, children. While parents are mandatory wives & children are optional and come only when a decsion is taken to get them. Why should they suffer the weakness of a loser ?

Dont we all face problems in our lives ? Do all of us hang ourselves or do we we find a way around ?

I have seen enough of these types who are so full of themselves that they cannot look beyond their own percieved grief.

i know exactly how you feel.. many years in my life i felt the same.. in fact i was so angry and upset, i had plans to force police to shoot me, and i had a plan to drive my car into the fuel station.. but i was going to call the fuel station and tell them to get out before i done it because i didnt want to hurt any innocent person.... but i tell you something, life is ****... but you never stop learning.. learning is a great thing, wether your experiences are good or bad.. imagine what you would know and see in 30 years time when you look back.. the knowledge and wisdom you have gained...

you can improve your life, i know things get really bad, but dont ever give up... if you give up, you fail... if you stick with it, your a winner!!
