No. 5G is not a system of standards. Qualcomm has more 5G standards than Huawei but it is far from a 5G technology owner. Standards are just compromises between the players. Using one company's theory doesn't mean others don't have their owns. 5G is much more complicated than you thought. The thing is, 5G is not just a technology, it is a standard, in term of IP law, say you need item 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to complete a standard. And let's say China hold patent 1, 2 and 3 and the US hold patent 4, and South Korea hold patent 5. That does not mean China lead said standard, because even with IP 1,2 and 3, it would not make the standard alone, without 4 and 5, you cannot make that standard to work.
All parts of the patent are equally important, which mean not a single country, company or entity can dominate all, that is why standard exist. That is the key of anti competitive law.
Set aside all these, there are no evidence to even say Huawei hold more Patent than the rest of the world.
And no, it's not about technology and appliance, because patent, as the point you claim, is not a technology per se, but an application to a technology, which is to be used in a product. You don't just make patent for fun, you intent to applies that patent to a product that is the reason you patent it in the first place.
And you sir, are SERIOUSLY misunderstanding what actually is 1 country 2 system, but then why I am not surprised?
One Country Two System guarantee high degree of autonomous status in Hong Kong, a very simple example why HOng Kong should not be treated as China is that Chinese in China needed document to travel to Hong Kong, and need to applies permanent residence if and when a Mainland Chinese try to live permanently in Hong Kong. If HKer is Chinese Citizen, which is no different than Mainland Citizens, then how come mainland Chinese need document to travel and stay in Hong Kong?
One Country is just that, one country in charge of Hong Kong and hating China does not mean we disrespect One Country, I can treat whatever country whatever the hell I want, I don't need to love the country I live with, if I am an Australian, I don't need to like Australia, if I am a Canadian, I don't have to like Canada, certainly I don't need to love China or Mainland Chinese if I live in Hong Kong, however, by going back on your two separate system promise, you shoot yourself on your foot, and you wonder why Hong Kong people don't like Chinese, just because you keep spamming profanity does not mean you are right. It just make your argument looks weak.
Once again you emphasized the "two systems" and totally ingored "one country". So the "one country" is meaningless for you, right? Do you know Deng Xiaoping ever warned UK that if HK can not return to China peacefully he would start war with UK? The sovereignty of HK to China is so important that it is worth a war with UK. Yet in your 黄尸 eyes it's nothing but air. UK didn't want to take the risk of waging a war with China but seems HK people want. How ridiculous is that? HK people didn't even have balls to fight against their UK colonizers. I'm not saiyng you alone. I'm referring to most HKers who are sick minded. Every country has some traitors. No big deal. But here in HK, the majorities are traitors. You talked Australia and Canada. The majorities in the two countries are patriots. Totally different from HK. There is no other place on the planet where people are so spoiled. Again, you 黄尸are sick minded rubbish.
