Pakistan one day will be destroyed from inside because of this "Muslim homeland". The fact is Pakistan is a unformed, raw, inefficient, fragile state. It cannot handle mass migration from abroad. The weak state which struggles to provide basic services and has a fractured polity will get even more weak and fractured. The need of the hour is to consolidate and integrate what is within the country. No create even more "groups" or "islands" within the country. You can see what has already happened in Karachi. Do people want to accentuate those problems?
And if you speak in name of Islam and invoke the religious duty then Pakistan please be true to Islam. Don't corrupt Islam by creating two categories of Muslim. From purely Islamic angle every Muslim from any place on earth should have priority rights to entry to Pakistan.
Does the Quran give especial privilage to the British creation called "British India". I am not a Islamic expert but I thought there is only Muslim and Non-Muslims in our religious belief.
On a more practical level bring in more Rohingya and create a bigger demography expect in another generation to have "Rohingya Rights Movement [RRM] fighting in streets of Karachi trying carve out a slice of the pie and b*tching about the latest census that it undercounted then in order to leverage more funds or political power. expect more Ranger operations. Expect more external agents [RAW/Myanmar etc] floating around causing mischief.
When will Pakistan learn to just look after the poor inside the country. We have 10,000s leaving every year as illegal migrants - some of whom make it abroad and then send money home. While others are being invited to come to the country and depressing the labour rates hurting the poor inside Pakistan even more.
