Facts and stats will always beat emotions and feelings. There are plenty out there for anyone to see. There are enough stats to draw a very clear pattern when it comes to gender and gender relations. Emotions and feelings have no place and only the fools rely on them.

I like this arguement. Too bad it's completely generalised.

There are certain traits in men and women that appeal more to the opposite gender (due to social constructs and human biology). For women they are more personality based and as for men they're mostly physical traits. Not all people adhere to these appeals but I'd say a good fraction do and hence we see some pretty stupid incidents such as these. How many men would choose a nice plain Jane over a bitchy sexy Stacy ? A great deal I'd say. Fact of the matter is that there's trashy men and women everywhere and there'll be 101 example to choose from. Stop generalising.
