Why will China never accept Australia's surrender?

Your government has to give the money to those Americans who can not afford more expensive Chinese products. Which is what US government is doing.

I wish that were true, the last time I got money from the IRS was I think 2008 stimulus package.
I haven't received any money since then.

You are imposing tariff on the Australians - LAMAO.

Because you are the customer they are the supplier - get it!
Ever hear of the phrase "the customer is KING" - largely true in a buyers market! untrue in a sellers market!

Boy! I thought Chinese had high IQ - may be some of your ancestors came from India. You may want to check @ ancestry .com
Your IQ level is not higher than that of Indian. China is the largest market in the world. If Australia thinks its economy is too dependent on China. Australia can export its goods to other markets. What do you think of India?

We are imposing tariffs on Australians not because we are laughing to the bank mate. It's because we want to teach them a lesson. It's a political tool not an economically useful tool. Get it numb numb? Else everyone will just impose tariffs to 'laugh to the bank' and the whole trade system will collapse. Undestand?

. . . .
If you treat the customer badly, the customer can easily pick another competitor out there. China can increase imports of wine from EU, coal from Indonesia, iron ore from Africa, seafood from EU/Canada. There are plenty of choices out there that can replace Australia. Or what about who are the Aussies going to sell their beef to? India? lol
Think about the service industry (tourism, education) that's going to suffer when Chinese avoid Australia like the plaque. There is no replacement for the Chinese market hence China is the KING.

America imports all basic necessities, essentials from China and many products are made in China including your Iphone. So tariff war waged by Trump will only hurt American consumers because there are no alternatives for America to choose. In this case America being the customer is not the KING.

This is not some rocket science, there has to be a limit to stupidity i hope.

Deeds not words.
China has forwarded a list of 14 grievances against Australia.

Morrison should take a good look at it and start taking some course of actions if he is really serious about improving the bilateral ties.

Instead Australia claimed that they have never received any complaints from China.
That is intended for its citizens in Australia.

China exports is up by 21.1% yoy in Nov 2020. Import is down.

. .
luckily, for what China sells it's essentially a seller's market which is why US trade deficit increased.

trade deficit increased because of COVID, take the time and read the relevant reports.
This is something Trump didn't anticipate when he imposed tariffs on China.

Don't be silly Chinese exports with a few exceptions (medical supplies) is not deemed essential commodity.
And most importantly, there is plenty of competition to export to the US. Hilariously, most of this completion comes from China itself. Chinese contract manufacturers undercut each other aggressively to earn export dollars.

So yeah not a sellers market at all...

An IQ taunts - lol, I am not Chinese or Indian to be offended when someone questions my intellect.
We are wired differently - capisce!
So please don't waste your time.

I get tired of repeating the same thing again and again. Only 20% of Australian GDP comes from exports of which China's share is 7% (~140 b$), And China exports 70 B$ to Australia as well.
So I don't think Australia can be brought to its knees by Chinese tantrums - deal with it.

ah, don't misunderstand. I didn't say you are Indian. I'm just saying you don't have a higher IQ than Indians.

And, I heard Australians complain: Oh, our economy is too dependent on China. We should get rid of our economic dependence on China... But you tell me the truth is that Australia doesn't care about the Chinese market. Well, very good. There is no contradiction between us. Ask Australia to look for other markets. OK?

You can keep your courage to say that Australia will not surrender. But what does this have to do with China??? We just don't accept Australia's surrender. The game continues.

Yes many Australians will complain, at least the people that are directly or indirectly affected by tariffs.
In a free society people are free to complain, the live stock or wine industry will hire lobbyist and make noise in the media to put pressure on politicians.

But all this does not mean that Australia will collapse due to Chinese tariffs. Some businesses will suffers others will prosper those that adapt will quickly return to making money.
Those that do not will likely perish.

Bottom line, Australia is a huge resource rich nation and there is plenty of international demand for Australian meat, wine and lobster.
If you don't know there is a global meat shortage and prices have increased 25%.

If China does not want Australian beef someone else will want it.

  • Record beef prices are a global meat shortage phenomenon, not just beef and not just the U.S.
  • Global beef prices are up 25% over the last 12 months.
  • Global beef production (supply) has been flat for the last 10 years, while pork and broilers have grown 20-25% over the same time period.

Ah, like the free killing of Afghan children.

For the courage of you and the Australians. My suggestion is that all Australian goods (I mean all) should be withdrawn from the Chinese market. Start from today. Completely cut off the economic ties between China and Australia. We don't need any goods from fascist Australia.

Ah, you said the world would buy Australian goods. emmm…… I want to know who will buy Australian products in PDF?

Finally, again: even if all Australians kneel down and surrender. And admit they're white pigs. China will never accept Australia's surrender.

Trade deficit grew in 2017 and 2018. Your explanation fails.
