Why the master weapon of teh future won´t be an airplane, ship, rocket and so on...

I see so many posts here about new ships, aircrafts, ballistic missiles and so on. So much post twist around how a specific new gimick would change the face of warfare when in reality something very different will change the future of warfare - a real smart AI. A real AI would basicly change evrything. The options are endless. Not only would it allow tactical moves that are impossible now, it would better itself and speed up the development process of new technologies.

So far we have the total dominnce in the west in that technology. Be it Ai itself as well as quantum computing, needed for it. The future looks good.

Well the future weapons

1- Lasers (Will make missiles obsolete)
2- AI pilots will make greater speeds possible for planes and jets
3- Iron Man suits for soldiers
4- Next generation engines to propel ships above in space and bring back in orbit as plane
5 - Tissue & Limb regeneration, brain implantation or cloning in case you blew up or something

However with all that technology , there are places on earth where people hunt with arrows or sharp objects in case world goes out , there will always people in islands able to one day populate the world so don't worry

What scares me most is nanobots and smart bullets are gonna be a thing in the future.

Imagine a bullet with your genetic imprints fed into it, and its one mission is to find you and kill you. If a guy with the bullet shoots randomly in the air, the bullet will hit you no matter what.

Nanobots, bascially tiny liam neeson, finds you while you are sleeping, enters your bloodstream, tears your artery apart.
Or they could just go to your brain and take control of your body, basically you become a puppet.

Well lasers don't work well in bad weather. Attack somebody in a rainstorm and the laser isn't going to be much help.
That's why you need a backup plan like a railgun.

The US likes all-weather weapons. Can't use laser targeting..switch to GPS.
Why attack an enemy on a bright sunny day? Attack at night in a heavy rain.
Any cool new weapon needs all-weather capability since your enemy isn't going to cut you a break.

That Iron man suit better work in the rain.

Which is why the Pentagons Third Offset Strategy is based around human-machine collaboration. The increasing intelligence of "machines" will assist the human operator in making decisions at the speed of light.

He opened this entire thread to write these lines to "re-assure" himself that Europe is not irrelevant.

On stormfront, he posts white supremacist threads (under a different username but same profile pictures of himself) and talks about "white superiority"

Poor lad, he is seeing his culture/traditions getting evaporated by foreign powerful forces (Islam), globalization, and dying demographics of an unfit culture. Hence, he consistently needs to get validation for his own existence.

What a sad life he lives.

Btw, the only 'west' that matters (my second home! ) is projected to be majority non-white in coming decades.... So much for poor "west"..

Well the future weapons will be......stones, swords, high speed horses, shields and visors.....simply because the our leaders are steering the world towards a WW3 which will destroy all this inventions and throw us back at least 500 years. It can be either over crimea, south china sea, Kashmir, Palestine or something else. They are constantly lying to us and for decades and i foresee this sorry and unfortunate end if we don't rise and wakeup.

Lasers aren't guided and neither can they be bended, thus not easy to hit missiles as most change trajectory to avoid being shot down. Also, it takes time to fire another shot.
