On serious note we cannot compare our society with western society where there is rule of law..It don't actually mean western people are more pious ..Its just that they are scared of the laws as no one can escape easily there. I have seen that Government spend huge amount of money for regular police patrols at midnight to look after the drunk people after they get out from night clubs.
