Why Return to Pakistan...............?

II did my last masters from UK. The day I received my degree I toke flight and came home, even when I was havingvisa. Then I spend 7 years in a company, working very hard to become a performer in the end. But when I realised all junior around me with less experiences, less education, less responsibilities were getting much more than me. I ask my management, nothing happen. Then someone suggest to get an offer and then I demand. I did same still nothing but promises.

So I left and came to oman. Here also same thing happen. Within 1 year I was again on same place I.e. top performer. But here one thing was different. They realise and give me increment on increments with 3 years I got 8 increments 11 recognition, 1 award and 1 promotion. Now tell me why should I come back?

Ps: I will still come back soon, may be in a year or two. May be to struggle more but will take this foolish chance soon.

Think of it this way: Working hard should be enough for you to ensure glory for the nation, while others take the credit and make the money. :)

I have no problem with it, in fact I was supporting my ex company for 6 months even when I left, (WebEx, team viewer) yet when I came back to meet my exHead through joke on me.see this company still running without you.

Also I don't have problem with even this, but I have a family kids, to run.

You are expected to feed your family the same patriotic Gatorade, and all will be well. :D

That means an equal number of mouths to feed, people to clothe, educate, provide healthcare to and so on.
Yes, but I believe people dont like the beuracracy that hinders development...there is always this "need to know someone" or in Arab land "wasta" and I think there is also an Italian word around for it....

Pakistan produces 35 billion liters of milk every year. That makes us the fourth largest producer of milk in the world. Experts argue that adopting simple best practices in dairy farming can triple our milk production. If we invest in new technologies however, we can increase production by a staggering 900 percent! With 5 million milk-producing animals, we are sitting idle, yawning away on a virtual gold mine.
This is somewhat true, again the need for large capital, someone who is willing to adapt what you make or suggest and the govt waking up to picking it and making it law.....It is a daunting journey for one who is alone but yes probably a group of people can help.....

The way the world works today is groups of people help make 1 project at a time! Now getting together a group, who is oblivious to the caste, political alignment as well as sectarianism is not easy!
