Why religion and politics don't go together.

Popularity contest called politics/democracy today has definitely no place in Islam. Though, thread header is somewhat convoluted in that while people generally agree to separate religion and politics but include every other bias one can think of ... racial superiority/discrimination, classism, nepotism, elitism so on and so forth...

.
The issue with political Islam is it is so heavily patriarchal and lop sided in favor of men and Muslims it creates extreme bias in the decision making process.

Look at the Western world, they moved away from Christianity in its purist form after galilieo proved the earth revolves around the sun and we witnessed the renaissance and industrial revolution.

I keep hearing how its a perfect system but I have yet to see an example of it being implemented successfully.

If you create a degree of seperation between religion and politics you will notice politics is conducted with impartiality and spirituality becomes innocent and pure. Its win win for both areas.

Unfortunately power corrupts and in the 3rd world its very darwin, strong eat the weak by any means neccessary and they use whatever tools neccessary. Spiritual growth goes out the window and the journey becomes about world domination rather than eternal bliss in heaven.
After over 200 years of American republic ... there is an orange man in the office ... it befuddles me that people in third world countries with no original thought parroting western ideals think they'd do better ... keep at it!
All the scientific knowledge and modern amenities have only become possible due to western success in winning wars and finance. Yes, debt financing that little thing no one talks about paid for industrial revolution, wars, mercenaries and every item that sells in a market place. It starts from financing mines to industry to manufacturing to financing big box stores and at the very end the consumer to buy that manufactured product. Each and every step of modern economy is financed! But that is a taboo topic let's talk about how religion is bad for politics.

Didn't diesels and his sort wanted to stay with India and attempt some far fetched ill thought out takeover scheme?

Pakistan was opposed because they don't/didn't believe in nationalism. They are opposed to the nation state concept. It is the antithesis of what we are trying to achieve here. A prosperous independant nation state.

USA based? Just typical. Its so easy to say that, first world problems.

Pakistan is one of the most malnourished countries in the world. Whatever their system is, its clearly not working. I don't f**king care if they follow Jedi religion as long as it doesn't interfere in nation building so people don't go to sleep hungry at night.

Equally clearly, the majority of the people accept the system just the way it is, whether it is working for them or not. It is their right to do so too.

There is a turnout and support for convicted criminals and money launderers. You honestly expect me to trust what the "people" accept? I would be trusting if the opposition and controlling party were 100% clean with some sort of trackrecord. Its gone beyond just "accepting".

I have seen Imran descend from a well put together smart 2000s version to this interesting character just to appease his masses. He couldn't even bring in a non muslim into the cabinet without the country going into uproar. He tried, the "people" still stuck in same old habits and expectations.

Pakistan is made up of the people we have, not the people we wish we had, to paraphrase a famous quote.

Oh my bad! You must be one of those good natured, non religious, humanists... who feed people and hate poverty and take care of orphans and care for people seeking medical help.

Who cares for a third rate political party in Pakistan? All I know is from their(darul ulum deoband) cousins in Afghanistan is that they are not too keen on leaving nationalism...

Having a separate Muslim country was a constitutional project and one dreamed up by western educated people.

And?

Having a new Muslim state was indeed a constitutional project....whereby the Muslim league leadership entrenched Islamic Republic in the very first constitution they wrote (56). So yes, Pakistan was always meant to be an Islamic Republic whereby Islam's role in legal life and statehood of the country was to be ensured constitutionally.

  • the name Pakistan was thought up by a UK resident Rehmat Ali
  • the movement was led by a decidely western educated Jinnah
  • the idealogue of Pakistan Sir Allama Iqbal was another western educated gent.
Most of your filthy, disgusting Mullahs were crying out "Na-Pak" Pakistan and opposed the idea of Pakistan.

Imagine being a phuddu of such porportions that he has to repeat this argument of "BuT JinnAh woRe Pants!! he Wanted SeculArism!!" lmaooo.

Idiot, I am also 'Western' educated....and I want Pak to be Islamic Republic. And?

Pakistan's founders....though Western educated....openly stated that Islam was to be fundamental in the statehood of Pakistan. They never used the words secularism or liberalism in their appeal to the masses. They gave us a constitution which made Pakistan an Islamic Republic.

So you need to stfu and crawl back like the good old fart that you are. Imagine, this old fart boomer is trying to convince us to be 'secularists' whereas the rest of Pakistan has already moved on to more important things since many decades

You sound like a guy who was exposed to bacha bazi in your tender years. If you still have sweat back I can will be happy to give you a ride.

Nah mate, you can practice your 'ride' fantasies on your daughter (consider you are married and not a typical khusra that most of you are? WAIT!! Come to think of it, I think this old fart boomer isn't even marred :lol::lol: Like to take it up in the arse (like your dad....or mom? lmao)? May be that's why you keep opening irrelevant threads about "muH SeCulArism!!" that nobody in the forum gives any shits about?

Bottom Line: Pakistanis want our country to be an Islamic Republic for which millions of our ancestors died. Mullah Diesal or whatever do not represent Islamic political project and are only interested in personal wealth and power. Pakistanis know that and hence we reject them electorally.

Now, you can continue to lick your own arsehole as always. Nobody f*cking cares. If you have any relevant point...like showing how Pakistan was meant to be secular etc...then bring it. So we can counter it. Otherwise, no need for your curmudgeon diarrhea to continue on this forum. Even those who supported you, liked your comments before etc...now mostly ignore you :rofl:

Take a hint you old fart and act your age.
