Criticism is not hate. I still place IK above any others leader available but PTI as a party s is just same as existing parties

Hate is strong word . Hate is what you have for PML(N) and and his family/supporters aka nawazphobia where you dont sleep well unless dont curse and abuse him dozen times so you should thanks me that i am saving you from committing suicide

I think there is method to this madness.

1) Connecting the dots between post divorce behavior, events and news its quite evident that Reham is out to settle score with her ex. Also it most likely that PML-N at least supporting Reham. So while 100,000 GBP may be far fetched but some level of support is there. So whatever the book has will be of no value in the longer run; but in short term it may cause controversy and IK's popularity may take a hit in short term. This seemed to be plan; launch the book close to elections so there is not enough time for IK to recover.

So in military terms PTI is just taking initiative in its own hand(fighting at the time and place of its choosing). The apparent benefits are:

2) The audience of this book is limited anyways(mainly pakistani journalists). But if it got released close to election it may sell somewhat for short while as all journalists would want to read it. So coming out with info that manuscript of book is already leaked; publishers would have second thoughts i.e. why invest on a book with limited audience and which is already leaked. Not a good investment.

3) Showing aggressive intent before hand also puts doubts in publishers mind that they may have to face legal proceeding. Specially international publishers like ones in UK will shy away since Jemima is also discussed in the book. So defamation suite in UK court is a real possibility. And many publishers would not want to make such risky investment.

4) Hamza will start sharing some of the stuff that's there in the book in coming days. So the controversial parts will already be more or less discussed in coming week and by the time election campaign is in high gear the effects would have subsided.

5) When all above is done and dusted; hamza may even secretly leak the manuscript to other journalists as well or upload it somewhere. In pakistani society majority will prefer to read the free e-copy instead of the paid hard copy. This takes away from Reham the opportunity of earning few bucks from the book. May even make it a bad investment if she goes for self-publishing.

As for my honesty and belief(or lack of it), I am an Agnostic and I don't practice religion because it doesn't make sense to me and I don't think I'll ever be able to practice it fully. Well if he is her supporter / voter, he will always equate the respect for Bd to the respect for Hasina and vice versa. This is a severe problem with South Asian people, while in rest of the world you can make fun of the president and nobody will equate it to national honour... watch any Colbert report...similarly in Pakistan we criticise politicians because we have freedom but in country's like Bd it is a civilian dictatorship and practically a single party rule.
