Why PTI Doesn't Return Punjab Government to PML(N)? And Also Provincial Governments of Other Provinces

Like I don't get the logic having these provincial governments when you can't do anything to PML(N) or too afraid to do anything

PTI has failed to do anything against the Noon league or any of the PDM parties using provincial governments. PTI leaders are getting sexually assaulted but still PTI provincial governments seem disconnected to the whole issue. It feels like PTI fought to get Punjab provincial government just to make Pervez Elahi Chief Minister of Punjab

If you can't use provincial governments for your own benefit and to crush your opponents then what is the point of having those governments???

Here is my take: When PTI decided to take action against PML(N) goons, they sent messages that PML(N) had nothing to do with events of May 23 & 25 and it was all being orchestrated by higher powers. That's whay PTI decided to stand down.

Look at present situation: Now that brutal crack down is going on against journalists and political workers using anti-terror investigative techniques, but Interior Minster, Rana Sana-Ullah has decided to leave country and go to Saudi Arabia. Rana is signaling his distance from current crackdown on civilians, by leaving country.

So even when Interior minister is outside the country, YouTube and Internet are still being shut down on convenient times and journalists are being arrested from Karachi for the FIR registered in Islamabad, and then he is tortured in Karachi using classic anti-terror techniques before he is even handed over to Islamabad police.

PTI has now relaized who is actually pulling the strings, and its not PML(N). IK has mentioned on August 20 Jalsa that even Election Commission chairman is sending PTI messages that they are doing all this due to pressure of the BOOT. Listen to last 20 minutes of his speech on Aug 20 right when YouTube was blocked.

While I agree with you that PDM/noon league are just puppets being led by the neutral puppeteers, Elahi should be creating all sorts of hurdles for them.

But I think Imran Khan is using provincial government power to bring relief to the awam because the final showdown will be carried on the backs of the awam.

Imran Khan and Pervaiz Elahi are holding onto this card without pissing off the neutrals prematurely.

If somehow IK can overpower neutrals with the strength of the awam, you will see sharifs/zardari/pdm shifting sides towards IK/PTI because they are shit scared of the neutrals and they are not as concerned with consolidating power as much as they are with looting. They already know the streets are with PTI and Imran, but they are scared of the big bad Chaudhry.

Why would PTI surrender the remainder of the state over to PDM? Central governments are at their most powerful if they hold the centre and also Punjab or one or two other provinces. With only Sindh under their control, the government is still fairly weak. Besides, IK's strategy from day one was to prevent the PDM from being able to effectively govern, he'd deadlock parliament if it were within his power. So that's why it's important that the PDM face a PTI government in the provinces, and important that the President remains and acts as a minor hindrance to law-making, and any time the government needs to pass something crucial like a budget, maximum opposition or quid pro quo is extracted. Imran would have to be mad to hand over Punjab, let alone KP.

IK fears Allah so will not do anything like getting opponents killed since it is a sin. However, PDM and/or establishment don't seem to be worried about their akhira so will do anything to try and stay in power. If you are not prepared to terminate wrongdoers then sadly you may get terminated by them.

Because PTI is not a revolutionary party. They would rather have establishment with them. And frankly, establishment is probably also trying to backpedal from here as well.

My guess is that the negotiations are underway. Bajwa will be fall guy but all are guilty. Establishment has lost its public image once and for all. No one will be giving them any benefit of doubt after this.

Which is why the sticking point is just how much power the neutrals lose when the dust settles.
