Why Pakistan is pursuing different policies?

Kashmir n Palestine r more or less same in sense that both r occupied but when it comes 2 Kashmir then Pakistan not only recognizes india but also asks india 2 sit on table n solve kashmir issue but when it comes 2 Israel then it doesn't recognizes it. So why is this contradiction? I know both cases have different background but 4 a little insight ur arguments r highly appreciated...

Because Israel was created illegally through brute force and deception while India and Pakistan were created through legitimate struggle of the people.

We recognize India cause it's a legitimate country having a big area regraded as their legitimate territory and Kashmir is a small part which they have occupied illegally. But in case of Israel they just occupied a whole country (Palestine) and started calling it as Israel.
