The majority Han cannot tolerate anyone who is not Han so right now they are destroying the culture and identity of Uighur and Kazakh Turkic people and now they're attacking Hui who were believed to be well integrated into Chinese culture. This is done all under the guide of war on terrorism but its really about wiping out minority unique cultures, the majority Han will make sure there are no ethnic separatism in China. All the Muslim haters jumping up and down is actually really funny but its what it is, strong does what they want, the weak has three options, run, fight or die. Although I hear its quite hard for Uighurs to run away from China.
Lets be honest Pakistan isn't actually heaven either, it treats its minorities like shit because they can, the majority Sunnis tramples on Hindus, Christians and Ahmadis because they are majority and have the power of State behind them. European settlers almost wiped out natives Americans, today they are forgotten and thrown away in reserves. This has been happening since humans started forming clans/tribes. No one can stop it, the best you can do is protect your family if possible if not either run or die fighting for your culture and identity.
