However, Russia's electronics industry lags behind, with 90 percent of military electronic components imported. The Su-57's stealth capability is very poor, which raises the question of whether the Su-75's stealth capability is as good as Russia's propaganda. If the Su-75 is not as stealth-capable as expected, then it is actually a third-generation aircraft. And the Su-75 won't make its first flight until 2023. Russia has repeatedly delayed the development of the Su-57. It is doubtful whether the Su-75 will make its maiden flight in 2023.

Russia makes cheap stuff that are hard to maintain and have very small lifespan.

It probably won't cost more than 60 million USD. MIG-35 a twin engine fighter costs only 50 million USD.

It can't be higher,because mig-35's avionics are very old-fashioned.

There is no way it will cost less than Thunders. Its under belly intake negates the purpose of stealth based fighter. It looks like Rushed design and probably wont even make it to prototype stage without major alterations. In the end it will be another flop design with cost on uper end of 100 million a piece. Russians simply dont have ability to generate economy of scale anymore.

However, the price of SU75 is likely to be lower than that of J31.

Actual price comparison will not be possible untill both get out to actual production line. Considering j31 is dual engiene and Medium weight category no doubt it will have higher costs. On the other end Su75 looks like an LCA with stealth. Its internal storage capacity will be no more than 2 BVR missile. I doubt it can even carry cruise missile internally. Russians as usual trying to sell the unfinished product as bigger than world.

With all the touted tech it will cost more than at least the Mig-35 when finished. Yes it will benefit from cost savings by using Su-57 tech but as time progresses the price will balloon up. Also aircraft cost with weapons and maintenance hardware X years almost double the base price.

The JF-17 block -III can also by had at $19 million. It just wont be very useful in that state.
$35 million is a marketing ploy that talks about a baseline aircraft with very little capability and not the actual flyaway cost.
