Sorry food is nevah called "ugly".

Btw that was lachha paratha, and in delhi we have a parathe wali gali where you'll find all sorts of parthas.
So you should not be surprised at the shapes and varieties of our parathas.

. . . . . . .
That was a gal eating it not a man :P

Ladies do eat weird things !!

That was hard wired since evolution for their survival and giving birth. Ladies eat a lot and store fat so that while carrying child or encountering harsh conditions they can cope with little food. Modern times are different since life style changed humans are no longer caveman and hunters and food is available all seasons.

Reason why we see Ladies have fat accumulated in hips and thighs. They store their reserves and survive for long time.

French cuisine? There's nothing there but 30 different types of cheese.

One of the best cuisines out there. If one has to rate the cuisines for their sophistication French are rated on top.

It is during renaissance and modern times French cuisine evolved

south india also uses lot of spices ...if I have to say then south india uses more spices then norther counter part....
after all kerala is spice bowl of india......:p:
we use a lot of oil and every thing is fried,....where as south uses many thing raw.....and I like that.....raw is good...:-)
south uses a lot of coco nut.....I have got one question why south uses lot of sour in food or its just mine ignorance......:undecided:
