You cited Max Mullar, but his theory has been debunked by many Indian and even European historians and archaeologists later......

Tell me, if the Aryans came to India and established the Vedic civilization, what stopped them from establishing such a civilization in Central-Asia(where they supposedly came from)??

Vedas are written in Sanskrit, but there is no evidence that the Central-Asians ever used Sanskrit......none of the Central-Asian languages bear any resemblance with Sanskrit.......
So, according to your theory, the Central-Asians came and established a brand new civilization with a brand new language....
