Why is India not interested in talks with Pakistan?

You missed the point, the fact that the terrorists in India are a threat to India was not denied, but the difference is, that they are no threat to Pakistan! That's why Pakistan don't need to care about terrorists in India, while the situation is different for India with the terrorists in Pakistan. They are a matter of concern and as long as Pakistans government / military is not showing that they take them as a serious threat for the stability of the region too, it's simply nothing but logical that they remain a concern for India. So if Pakistan wants India to keep focusing on the problems within India only, Pakistan has to do more against the threats to India from Pakistans soil.

Nope. Once again - Pakistan is taking care of those terrorists attacking Pakistan. Your only concern should be internally. No need for you to concern yourself in our internal affairs. It's a huge injustice you do for indians that do suffer b/c of the insurgency(s) in india by ignoring them.

Which no country in the world would do, because you can't ignore any threats to your country, be it internal or external. Put yourself in Indias position, would you ignore threats to your country, from the soil of a neighbor? Of course you wouldn't and that's why the only way for India to do what you want is, that Pakistan takes more actions against ALL terrorists. You simply can not have it both ways.
