Why is Everything FREE in Pakistan?!

. . . . .
Pakistan doesn't get many foreign tourists. So when people come across them they're extra nice.

Tbh I've experienced this in the UK with Pakistani people too. Trades people who won't take money from you for a tiny job because your a regular customer. I end up having to do the thing the aunties do to make them take something.

In Egypt I was gifted a copy of Surah Yasin on cassette because I tried to haggle the price. I assumed you had to haggle but he wouldn't accept payment.

In Turkey my youngest was gifted a hand drum by a music shop on the way to the galatta tower. She kept playing with the instruments outside the shops, I kept trying to stop her - the shop keeper gifted her a drum, wouldn't take any money.

Kindness is everywhere, especially in Pakistan. Look how often the people give to beggars or how Langar is available constantly at darbars. Most of our madaris are run from the goodwill of the average population. People stop to help if you breakdown or have an accident. Shopkeepers will always offer tea or get you coke, of course there is the hope you will buy, but they offer without assurance.

how come we British paks don't get free things from our ahem brethren.
Instead we get forced to pay bribes and to pay over many times the original price.

we pay extra so guests can get free stuff

It is true, money doesn't buy you happiness.

Pakistanis sees rare tourists visiting in Pakistan so they give them special treatment and free things. When Pakistan will have millions tourists visiting then Pakistanis will not give them these special treatment.
