What's new

Why is Bollywood dominated by Khatris?

The fair skin obsession is in entire south Asia.

Majority of them are sensitive to sunlight. So, most of them tend to get fair by using sunscreens.
This problem won't exist if South Asians were born black:lol:.

South Asians are weird , they don't appreciate nature's beauty and freedom .

Vadakkanalle veedu. :P

Blame the Brits:angry:

Brits are not responsible for this . They're much ahead of us in humanity and equality . Infact I believe if it were Brits still ruling us we would've been in much better position in the 2nd great Britain .

Quite a details study you have done! amazing

No idea about Magadheera. Havent watched it.
telugu is it?
I dont understand Telugu.

angane vere oru malluvum koodi ee forumthill ethii.

If B-1 was 6/10 then B-2 deserves 8/10.
I loved everything abt the movie except a few exaggerations. Anushka was awesome...and Rana despite being anti-hero was very convincing.
Prabhas was good as always.

As an actress, she needs to improve.
But i like watching her interviews. She's definitely beauty with brains, have seen her speak on many forums.

Stop derailing my thread with your south Indian stuff. Idc and it has nothing to do with my original question.

Not at all. Modern day region of Pakistan was one of the richest regions in the world. All of this went on to fuel further British imperialism and her many wars: people became poverty-stricken, famines were widespread, locals were treated worse than blacks in the south during the 1800's, our honor was tarnished. It was a humiliating period, something that only traitors, self-haters, or blind and ignorant people that think that the British era was some sort of paradise after seeing old pictures of supposed 'British-era pictures' (which in fact were rich and mostly white-only areas).

They are the Jews of Bollywood - they control all of it :P

I think Bollywood need to start recruiting more mainland Indian actors from UP-Bihar, Bengal, Maharashtra and South India - the major population centres of India, rather than filling it up with few minority North-Western ones. It just looks weird (like Pakistan movie industry recruiting only the Kalash exclusively for movies :cheesy:)
