AFAIK only in Chicago or NY you can find Pakistani mangoes although I never bothered checking which ones.

A quick google search of Pakistani restaurant in usa would give you hundreds of hits and burst your stupid bubble. You are right about Bangladeshi though I have never seen any such restaurant so far.

I know not being to get out of your mud hut in Nagaland is a hassle but a little effort can go a long way.
