That is correct, the composite dialogue (now called resumed dialogue) is not on the table for now. This was a talk about terrorism, the idea being that it would eventually leading to a resumption at some future point of the whole dialogue process. As you correctly pointed out, Pakistan has no interest in discussing terrorism and India has no interest in going further without getting somewhere on the issue of terrorism. Stalemate.

If Pakistan is unable to deliver then there is nothing to be gained by resuming the stalled talks. Let there be Business as usual for our intelligence agencies, lets keep killing the terrorist scum who cross our borders illegally and lets keep returning fire with fire.

We have too may other areas where we need to concentrate on - Domestic Reforms, Defense Relationship with US, with Israel and Russia, Increasing trade with Iran and Gulf. Let's consolidate our gains and not waster energy on fruitless tasks.

Whole Kashmir (including P O K) is Indian territory. So the talks only to take back pakistan Occupied Kashmir.

We are not in hurry. We can wait for another 50 years and then have talk with pakistan or whatever left of it !
