Why India needs to nurture Bangladesh

Who has given you the right, to call them Fanatics???

:lol::lol:
Do you think I need your vote on what to say and what not. I value my freedom of speech as much as you yours'.

If they are Fanatics---Then whole of Bangladesh is Fanatic--- and The people of Bangladesh are Fanatics---Because they have chosen them to power, 2wice---and soon they may again choose them.

I call them fanatics because 'The party has also been accused of paying a blind eye the growth of militant Islamic extremism in the country and for allying with Islamic fundamentalist parties, such as the Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh, which had also opposed the independence of Bangladesh.' Quoting Wikipedia.

Didn't you guys do the same.:lol:

This is simply an Insult to the mandate of The People of Bangladesh--- and all the democratic Institutions and well wishers, of the democratic system in Bangladesh.

Talking of democracy--- The one which you claim to be champions off.

:pakistan:

Adios

Well true, when you have been ruled by military dictators your whole life, I don't expect you to understand democracy. So stop the talking.:lol:

.
We will never support BNP like fundamentalist parties, be it anywhere in the world. India is happily supporting a democratically elected Govt. in place in BD. You can continue to carry on BNP's propaganda in here for now.:lol:

Next time do not complain if you encounter anti-bharati sentiment from us Bangladeshis because you have proved us right to dislike you bharatis.

Don't ask for any more proof like a broken record because your testament against us the biggest proof.

Other then that you aren't worth my vote.So don't even wish for it.

Other then that I have mad my point Loud and clear---and I don't want to repeat myself with change of words. Meanwhile you can keep digging lice in it.
Thanks

You nonsense troll, read my post again. I was talking about a political party of BD, not ordinary Bangladeshis.

Don't ask for any more proof like a broken record because your testament against us the biggest proof.

I know you cannot provide any proof troller. But I will ask for sources whenever you make stupid statements without backing it up.:lol:

The right to him is given by constitution, right to free speech?????

And don't defame whole Bangladesh by calling them fanatics.

BNP is not Bangladesh.

BNP is a radical and fanatic party and by coalition with other radicals they have ruled Bangladesh.

The Awami League is the true people's party, look at the support and mandate given to them by Bangladeshi people.

Has ever in life BNP has received such mandate??????

And why are u so hostile with AL.

I can say the same about Pakistani mentality, however people like Ajpirzada, AM, All-Green, Niaz etc would prove me wrong. They are the people to follow, otherwise do the adios.

I am, that's why I don't believe in propaganda, as you seem to do. I back up my posts with proofs, and ask the same from members.

Btw, is it a habit or a hobby to support trolls with troll comments from you.:lol:

BNP ruled about 21 years out of 39 years in history of bd. Awami only 9 years so what does it tell you about bd?

Don't try to divert the point here. If you and your country men call BNP-jamat a fanatic party than it is you that calling majority Bangladeshis fanatic. Tell you what, we don't give any iota about your perception about us. Bhatais perception is insignificant to our ideology.

He has not called us fanatic rather it was your country man. He tried to give a true picture of bd's population.

With the country's dubious downslide into becoming another hub of radical terror

Seems like there is no end to creatures of the nights crawling out of the woodworks. This Brigadier needs to take a good look at his where the Sun doesn't shine. He will see Maos crawling all over that particular location with NE insurgents running wild.

Heck you can't even travel NE without a permit.

Comapare the violence of 2005 to 2008-10 in Bangladesh. Its simply gone. It clearly tells you actors had no support among the local population.

Now take the case of Maos. The good Brigadier mentioned,

Bangladesh has also a fairly old left wing insurgency.

The good Brigadier purposely left out the fact that India doesn't have administartive control on about 40% of its land. Maoists collect about 1400 crore Rupees in taxes. Maoism has deep rooted local support. Compare that to BD. There is no comparison to BD at all.

Take good care of your own before lecturing someone else. Then again, an idiot is born every miniut.

Are you kidding me? I am from NE. Never needed a permit.:lol:

Since our fencing with BD is more or less complete india would be better served to let bangladesh become another fundamentalist haven. That way they tend to bother us less.In any case I find a hostile BD's responce to India,Why bother. In any case strong fences make goood neighbours.

In the T20 World Cup when India played Bangladesh, they played the anthems of both the countries. I realized it must the only time in world sport where the anthems recited of 2 nations were penned by the same man - Tagore.

Indians don't realize it but despite its burgeoning population and ecological crisis - Bangladesh has come a long way. Grameen Bank is an excellent example - what a superb model.

The biggest problem between both India and B'desh is perception. Indians expect Bangladesh to be grateful for 71 and do its biding. I am sure they are grateful but they became independent to chart their own course and not have terms dictated by India. That is also the cause of anti-India feeling in Nepal. Besides the fringe lunatics which exist in every society - B'desh today is not a fundamentalist society.

Thank you for a realistic post. Jamaat has been participating in elections for a while. The most seats they got was about 18 seats and Islami Oikya Jote 2 seats in 2001 elections. This is barely 7% of all the seats in the Parliament out of 300. All these elections have been declare free and fair.

People voiced their opinions in these elections. None of these elections suggest fundamentalism running wild in BD.

If anything, these elections clearly suggest people view political, economical, and religious issues disticntively.

I dont think India can or afford to nurture Bangladesh. They should take care of their own problem. We Bangladeshis are doing great here..
Why not this writer ask his government to nurture his own state (WB) from where he is writing this crrrap...

Yeah why should India give aid to BD? It should rather try to identify al its illegal immigrants and think about deporting them.

.
@post#5

But that article said about huge extremist problem in BD which is not real. India is thinking everyone extremist except AL.

I think you need to read it without being prejudiced. Its saying that BD is the only country that has been successfully tackling the extremist/stability problem in south Asia.

Most of the article is about the achievements that BD has taken in combating extremist groups which is praiseworthy and should be appreciated

The only thing I don't agree with the author is not differentiating between the actual meaning of Jihad and the so called "Jihad" (which actually is fasad) of extremists groups.

And of course the problem that lack of good governance, poverty and illiteracy can lead to extremism applies to India as well, this is not religion or region specific.
