My goodness what is with your obsession with "similarity"? Are the Americans and the Russians going around ranting about primarily being the "same race"? What about all the European nations, specifically the Western European ones - are they all running around screaming about "we are the same people"?

The French are proud of being French, the Germans of being Germans - we Pakistanis are proud of being Pakistanis, we have our own distinct nation and culture/cultures, and would you please just leave it alone. Go convince some Ghurka's or Tamils that they are the same people as the Punjabis. Pakistanis for the most part don't care. Friendship and cooperation is not based on "accepting similarities", it is based upon shared interests. Pakistanis being different from Indians has nothing to do with anything - there is a tremendous amount of goodwill and friendship between Turks and Pakistanis, and we aren't the "same people"!

Considering the turbulent history between the 2 nations (India and Pakistan) the only thing litanies about "the same people" do is convince a lot of Pakistanis that Indians just want to claim everything for their own. Relations between the two can be improved a lot easier and better by focusing on common interests and dispute resolution.

This map from Brace is accurate, but it shows only 4 levels of shading. The Basutti map shows at least 8 levels of shading. I could if I wanted to classify the colour of Indians, with the colour of Iranians, of Turks, or Greeks, of Siberians, of Japanese if I wanted to, by using a 2 level binary colour system..white and non-white. The map would show basically the Baltic states in white, and everyone else the same color. South Indians in this case would be the same color as Germans! It is a question of resolution.

However, this map is exactly the same as the Basutti map as far as the subcontinent is concerned. Only 3 differences exist. Central Africa, Lapps of Scandinavia, and Australian Aborigines.

This data is exactly the same as the Brace map for the subcontinent. It's just more accurate in the subcontinent with more levels of shading.

LOL! Because it doesnt fit your science defying racial theories it must be correct! This again is a MORE ACCURATE map of the subcontinent with 8 levels of shading, to the 4 levels you showed in the first map!
