I think we can never become friends but can have a symbiotic relationship..
Misunderstandings etc. exist but sadly even on the forums and the net, they seem to not disappear.. even in this forum everyone still has a bias and not able to accept each other's words..

Whilst I do agree, Indo-Pak friendship won't occur to a great extent, and that there's not huge enmity either, I have to say your video is BULL!

The people on that video are cherry-pciked to look like each other. Your standard Indian does NOT look like any of those people on that video, whilst the standard Pakistani does.

Looking at the first baloney picture of an Indian kid with milky white skin, and blue eyes, and a Pak child with brown skin, and brown eyes (which isn't too far off what I would say is the average skin colour in Pakistan) along with perhaps a few photoshopped flags painted on them, I would say that you Indians on youtube NEED TO GET A LIFE! Quit obsessing in trying to prove to the world

1) that you are light skinned Aryans, because you're not.

2) that you are the same colour, or lighter than Pakistanis, because no reputable science map will agree with you!

At the very least you are two shades darker than Pakistanis, and look nothing like them.

India has a lot of white skinned people and Pakistan has a lot of pitch black people.

It just happens who came in contact with whom. Percentage wise Pakistan may have more fairer people especially because of the Kashmiri Punjabi breed, and of course Pathans, but Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan is filled with brown or even dark skinned people. Plus most of the Pakistanis that migrated from India and all quite darkish.

If dosti was as simple as cricket matches and skin color, we'd just lend our friends some fair and lovely and get over with it. Many of us do look alike, but looks have nothing to do with our issues.

Seriously, every picture I ever see of Indians has a stupid agenda behind it to show the world that Indians are really white Aryans with blue eyes. Except I have actually been to India and the case couldnt be any more different. Indians are just more aware and their lives revolve around the need for a white skin colour, whereas most Pakistanis couldnt care less.

I find it hilarious though. They must walk around and literally look for fair complexioned people to get into the pictures. And we barely ever see "proud Indians" showing pictures of South Indians. Whats with the insecurity?

I totally disagree. 9 times out of 10 if you take random pickings from India and from Pakistan, it's pretty easy to tell who is from where.

I do agree that you get some pitch black Pakistanis, and you do get some Indians who can be light (hardly any I'd describe as white), however I would say it's averages that are important. Pakistanis are on average lighter and have different facial features than Indians.

On the subject of the Baloch, the Baloch are dark-ish to a degree (or light compared to Indians), but they have very clearly different features to Indians. Sindhis are perhaps more mixed. However, from facial features alone you can quite clearly see differences between Indians and Pakistanis. It's these features that are important. It's common sense that Indians are darker than Pakistanis, simply because of the UV index that swamps every corner of India. UV in Pakistan is not so great, so melanin protection is not required in such great amounts. Trying to defy what science has proved seems absurd to me, and it makes me cringe, because of the way they think the whole world is so uneducated they do not know how skin pigmentation arises!

IMO, placing up a video showing Indians as a similar looking nationality to Pakistanis is just disinformation. Yes, it's youtube, I agree, and not to be taken too seriously, but it's done with a negative purpose by Indians. That purpose is to spread misinformation that Pakistanis and Indians are the same people, when I know for a fact the two are not similar people.

You might argue, the North Western border of India are Pakistani people to a degree. But this is just a fringe element of India. These people of course may have dispersed into India, to the South or to wherever, but for the majority of the Indian people (say 90&#37, they look nothing like Pakistanis. Perhaps 5 or 10% could look like Pakistanis. However the majority do not.

Which leads me to the video. The video shows two nationalities, looking the same. This is not true on average.

I agree there's an agenda behind all these fairer looking Indians they post on youtube. I suspect they want to convince the world, 1) they're Aryan, and 2) they're lighter than Pakistanis, because the Arya tribe originated from within India, and therefore they must be the lighter of the two..

Both these two possibilities are nonsense.

if it was a Pakistani making the video (of which there's no proof of), then he obviously hasn't a clue of the physical differences between the majority of Indians and the majority of Pakistanis.

The video was probably made during the cricket series in the first indo-pak series couple of years back. There is no hidden agenda to show anything. the indians who came to pakistan probably were from north. I am sure the pakistani who made it was not just filming fairer indians.

As far as indians convincing the world they are aryans or whatever the world gives two hoot about it. even if the indians are doing it the only person who cares is roadrunner.
