Why Hindus, Sikhs are being systematically targeted in Afghanistan and Pakistan

Non Muslims and Muslims are equal when it comes to being treated according to justice.

But your bias against Muslims has blinded you. :D

lol........lol...............lol...........:hitwall::hitwall::hitwall::hitwall:

you don't give non muslims equal rights , how can you give them justice ?
there is is no bias against muslims in india.
we have given full and equal rights to all minorities , muslims ,sikhs , parsis, masihis .
in last 70 years we gave many presidents , chief justice , chief ministers , governors from minorities .
minorities are free to fight any election in india .

Muslims do not face any discrimination in India? Are you stupid or what? Muslims face the most discrimination in India.

Non-Muslims have their rights according to Justice and moral principles in Pakistan.

Stop twisting words here.

A Non-Muslim cannot be the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the same way how a Communist cannot be a leader of USA.

Secondly why should we be ruled by a minority? Are you stupid or something?

Share On a low-caste Dalit boy was killed in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh for sharing a name with a man of a higher caste.

It isn't just that. Various idioms and phrases are meant to degrade them even further. Have you ever heard someone say 'Kya Chamaron Walle Kaam Kar Rahe Ho'? There are several other such idioms. Sometimes things get ingrained so deeply that we rarely even question their meaning.

Imagine going to school and not being allowed to drink water from the same place as the higher castes. Chandrasena spoke about an incident when he was in an Allahabad school where a higher caste student would take water to a height and pour it out to the Dalit children who were gathered below. That is how they drank water. They were not allowed near the water source and they didn't dare either for fear of punishment. They were also asked to sit separately.

In MP, their solution was to build a different water source. Over 200 Dalit or underprivileged villagers were not allowed by other families to drink water from a public bore-well. The state administration's solution was to construct a separate well just for the lower caste families.

In June 2015, a minor Dalit girl was beaten up by higher caste women in Ganeshpura village in Chhattisgarh after the victim's shadow fell on a muscleman belonging to their family.

There is a temptation to dismiss them as one-off incidents but one quick Google search will convince you otherwise. The list is never-ending and nauseating.

College
One of the students we spoke too thought the discrimination would end once he took admission in a college that is in Delhi or any other big city. But he couldn't be any more wrong.

In 2007, when he joined JNU, they had an ID card that clearly mentioned that they were SC/ST. It was only after a prolonged battle that they finally managed to get it off the cards around 2010.

Reserved students often alleged that their papers were not examined properly. Students who get 35/50 in their written exam would get 2/50 in their Viva. Chandrasena said he got zero when even just appearing for the exam usually guarantees 2 marks. An RTI revealed that many other SC/ST students had the same problem. It later emerged the examiners were of a higher caste.

There are other issues like fellowships being withdrawn or not getting the professor your want to help you through your PhD.

As one PhD student said, “They don't want us to study because it then means that we are acquiring the means to make our caste inconsequential.”

A survey of freshmenat the IIT-Bombay campus in 2014 showed that 56% of reserved category students felt discriminated against. Some years ago, a report on the differential treatment of SC/ST students at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences prepared by a committee chaired by former University Grants Commission chairman Sukhadeo Thorat showed that 72% of such students said they faced discrimination, while 88% reported various forms of social isolation.

Sorry, that bus has already left. They are your citizens and you have obligations to your own minorities.
Imagine what would be the situation if all the minorities in India were to migrate to Pakistan??

NEW DELHI: First, under Taliban rule, the minority Sikhs and Hindus in Afghanistanwere told to identify themselves by wearing yellow armbands - just like the Nazis made the Jews wear yellow badges. Then they were systematically driven out of the country due to enforced discrimination, and now the Islamic State and likely Pakistani elements are actively murdering them, report various credible news agencies.

Yesterday, a suicide bomber targeted a convoy of Sikhs and Hindus on their way to meet Afghanistan's president in the eastern city of Jalalabad killing at least 19 people + . Ten of those killed were Sikhs and seven were Hindu, said one Associated Press report. as many as 20 were wounded and the casualty would have been higher had much of the city not been blocked off for President Ashraf Ghani's visit.

The Islamic State claimed the attack in a statement through its online Amaq news agency, said news agency Reuters. Islamic State fighters have established a strong presence in recent years in Jalalabad where yesterday's Hindu-Sikh targeted bombing occurred.

Other sources, like news agency ANI, said the bombing was allegedly perpetrated by the Taliban under the patronage of Pakistan's intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). Yet others say Pakistani terrorists - again via ISI direction - are actively targeting Hindus and Sikhs across the border in Afghanistan. It has long been known that the ISI - a state element - supports those carrying out terror acts against India.

Sikhs and Hindus have long suffered widespread discrimination in the conservative Muslim countries and have been regularly targeted by Islamic extremists. In the 1990s, it's said Sikhs and Hindus in Afghanistan numbered more than 80,000. But, today only around a 1,000 remain.

The situation of Sikhs and Hindus even in Pakistan, especially in areas bordering Afghanistan, is abysmal. A month ago, prominent Sikh religious leader Charanjit Singh Sagar was shot dead in the Peshawar city of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. The minority Sikh and Hindu community in Pakistan remains a frequent target of the Pakistani Taliban - which the US has said is supported by state elements - and many of these families have been forced to migrate to Europe and India, said ANI.

Among those killed in Afghanistan yesterday was Avtar Singh Khalsa, who had planned to stand in October's parliamentary elections in Afghanistan. In this overwhelmingly Muslim nation, a small number of Hindus and Sikhs remain, and one seat in the Afghan parliament is reserved for a member of the these small communities.

Parwiz Kawa, a noted journalist and writer in Afghanistan expressed grave concern over the barbaric killing of Avtar Singh and other members from the minority community.

"And our Avtar Singh no longer runs for the parliament. Terrorists killed him along with 9 other Afghan Sikhs and 9 more. A total of 19 people lost their lives in a blast in Nangarhar province," Kawa tweeted.

In May, Kawa had tweeted saying Avtar Singh's candidature show that the "battle for democracy eventually wins, and it shows a win for democracy".

When Pakistan didn't mind Indian contractors working on $ trillion $ road construction next to its border, than why would they do something which makes India happy.... I'm sure Indian govt. would be more than happy to have Sikhs killed by any means.
