It may seem as a non entity but the Communists are only down not out. Their grass root cadres are very strong.

That is where BJP needs to work. One of the key points in winning Assam which many dont know, is a huge campaign by RSS cadres. BJP needs to put an army of RSS cadres, and ABVP in colleges. Getting some local candidates and breaking into CPIM and Congress.

Nothing becomes insignificant when you are trying to polarise votes. Why i said huge, because they have as many shakhas in assam alone as any of the entire eastern front combined.
