Why does Delhi have more perverts?

have to agree with u here, them being in the NCR think the whole India revolves around them,

Try Noida these guys acts so bada$$ there u just can't even question them for their crimes I've heard of crimes where these UP wallas stops buses from factories and rob the factory workers whenever they get pay.

I have travelled length and breadth of India and found people in and around delhi are rude and bullish in general

hehe ever try visiting Delhi in June or July (typical hot season) ? I've seen people slapping beggars just because they were so pissed of with all that heat and all .

I can't agree more.... there are rapists everywhere - media gives more coverage since it is delhi.......

Maybe because Delhi being the capital and Bombay being the financial center, These crimes get more highlighted there than rest of the country..

One can sense arrogance of power & influence among Delhiiets. Not necessarily generalising...but one can feel it in Delhi air.. & breathing too much of that may make some to lose their senses & commit disgusting acts like rape.
