That is completely biased crap becauise it mentioned Pakistan change its Demographics but FYI Pakistan Govt. Issued Separate CNICs to Kashmiris where it is mentioned that a person belongs to Kashmir so Changing Demographics is not possible on the other hand IOK's Hindu Majority Region is Jammu and Majority of its Population arent Kashmiri either as they are Mostly speak Punjabi rather then Kashmir Native Language Kashur. Pakistan have sizable number of Kashur population as well in north of AJK and Gilgity and Baltis are also Natives of the Kashmir region just like Ladhakhis and Kashmiris are easier to identify by their Language so the claims of Changing Dynamics doesnt work here.
Another thing is that no matter UN Resolution is on whatever Section its still UN Resolution and it declare Kashmir is DISPUTED Territory and its not just Pakistan that demands Plebiscite but Kashmiris as well so whatever solution in the end if its not acceptable to Kashmiris then its not acceptable to UN as well.
Is there any law that prohibits Pakistani from settling in Pakistan occupied Kashmir, NO, right? So you in no circumstance can guarantee rights of Kashmiri people, And no you can not safeguard Kashmiri rights without any such law.
Who are you to say that people of Jammu aren't Kashmiri, what makes you believe that? Where did you read that, who told you that? Why should anyone believe that? Just because you say so? They are Kashmiri as much as any other Kashmiri, Just because they are mostly Hindu, and they hate Pakistan, that means you would not consider them Kashmiri? Or your intelligence in this matter is based on religious fundamentalism.
Like you said, GB is also part of Kashmir, and also part of problem , so how the F did Pakistan govt dare to gift that area to Chinese. Here you are supporting plebiscite in J&K, Did you conduct plebiscite there before giving that part in Karakoram Tract to China for free. What right did you have? Where did the Kashmiriat go then?
Who says it does not matter what resolution it is? You? beta it does matter what chapter resolution has been passed into. The resolution was passed in chapter 6. That is non-enforceable. unlike chapter 7 which can be enforced by UNSC with brute force, just like they did in Syria and Iraq. Resolution passed in chapter 6 are non-binding and dependent on will of BOTH parties, Nobody can force it, if we do not want to. and frankly we do not want it now.
We do not give a flying F to what you think.
J&K after elections is heading to prosperity and development unlike Pakistan. The only thing that remains unsolved is how does India get Azad Kashmir back. In time we will.
