You really believe what you said? You think British killed the Indians, not American?
When you got independence, you only had 13 states, out of the states lived millions of Indians. Indian population decreased very rapidly between 1770-1850, please don't tell me British still killed people in America during this period.
Yes, European colonists killed many Indians, but you Americans hands were also stained with Indian blood that you could not wash away.
Wow, are you for real??
Generally I have a tendency NOT to answer people have 0 knowledge on the topic at hand and just blabbing anything they think it made sense. but I am going to educate you a lesson or two just to have fun.
Your statement are simply wrong in
ANY CONCEIVABLE WAY
Let's break down how wrong your statement is compare to the
REALITY.
you said

Well, your statement is ture if you only count the British American Colony which the United States dependent from. But at that time (1700s) Three country hold colony in modern day America. they are French American Colony (New French) and Spanish American Colony (the Iberia)The map of United States and North American as in 1700 as shown as follow
In fact, about 75-80% of the modern day USA were European Colony and the free native American states as see in maps are only 10 states. When the European Colonize the respective states in Americas, they cull the indigenous population. Hence 40 states of the 50 US states are already culled by European Settlement before American conquer and federal those states, US does not need to "Re-Cull" something that the French, Brits and Spaniard did 2-300 years ago.

In fact, according to US Bureau of Statistic, with the 40 odds war the US matched against the Indian, Indian only suffer 40-50,000 casualty. The figure may probably under-estimated but the true value will never exist more than anywhere 1-2 millions.

No, British did not kill those Indian in this period, but do you Actually know why the population decrease to such a level?? The cesspool of disease is there in America LONG BEFORE US BECOMING INDEPENDENT. It's brought from Europe so the logical reason of the origin of these disease is coming from European Settlement, not coming from Americas
According to many historical source, the leading suspect is Disease
When European Settle in Americas, the Native Indian do not have a "Quarantine" system in place like many modern civilization did. When the European Settle in Americas, what they also brought with is their European origin disease, in which the Native American do not have immunity to. According to many historical source, there are about 93 outbreak in America during the 1600-1900s, that responsible for wiping out the Native Population of Indian in Americas.
Unless you are accusing American, who after independence, travel to Europe and brought the disease back intentionally, your point is wrong.
The second major reason is assimilation, where the US force Indian to assimilate into US culture, after a long period(100+ years) of race mixing, the pure blood Indian of course will be diminished from the face of America
