There is no destabilizing of anything. India is a buyer, we are a seller. So money talks, bullshi-t walks. Do you expect to go to a shopping store and think the guy will say "no, can't sell" to you? When you have hard cash to offer for his products and if its not him, then ten other people will sell it to you gladly?

Perhaps, as a nation, you guys should've focused more on growing yourself than not paying taxes and staying under loans and the dictatorships? If that was avoided, I think you'd be getting everything that India gets today, as you'd be one of the top 10 economies. That is the reality. At this point, your institutions have finally started to work, so give yourself 10-15 years and you'll be able to procure anything you wanted to also.
