I live in one of the top 20 most populated cities in the US. I can count on one hand how many homeless I see per week.

I can't imagine how anywhere can solve the problem of their homelessness for merely $1000, the price of a plane ticket, per person.

I just don't know how China classify "professional beggar" i mean, if a beggar withholding their amateur status so he can participate in Olympic Begging, would that not qualify the scheme??

Guy is broke, homeless and yet he still doesn't go to any other country legally or illegally even with the strongest passport. Cherry on top, guy is patriot enough to use American flag as blanket.

May be that's why America is super power where the entire world flock to?

No one stays on top forever, the rot has already set in, if they think it is ok, fine with us, they can keep it up. We actually will benefit from that lazy, unproductive and decedant society.

Because if you follow this logic to explain the problem, then:

China's environment has changed the nature of foreigners, forcing many foreign teachers to become evil, causing them to cheat, seduce, abuse and sexually assault Chinese female students.

Some of them have criminal record in US, it's true that China should do more background check before allowing them in.

Depends on how you term "productive", we don't keep our economy afloat by printing money, You GDP is just an empty number.
