Asifa the rape victim was a muslim hence not indian. Rape in legal terms has no religious justification. I don't know who gave that connotation to you but I am not. So if someone else gave it to you, talk to that person please. We are a diverse country and have different people here with different thought processes. Not all are rational or irrational.

Those who do rape get arrested just like other countries. Unfortunately till now we don't have a technology where we can get to know someone's intentions to rape to stop them. Which I am sure not even US and Israel have come up with.
