Why blame only the British?

The war in the Deccan isn't the cause of the severe downfall of the Mughal empire. The Mughal empire would most likely have recovered it was the attack by Nadir Shah which finished off the Mughal empire as an effective and cohesive empire. I don't deny the war in the Deccan was harmful to the Mughal empire but the invasion by Nadir Shah is what crippled the Empire. The Marathas would have eventually been dealt with and crushed and couldn't dare to attack the Mughal capital Delhi. That is what Nadir Shah did and set the Empire in permanent dismay.

Though I do agree Marathas should also be blamed, their treason and insurgent activities opened up south Asia to foreign invasion and susceptible to colonialism. As my original point stands why only blame the British? Blame Iran/Afsharid Dynasty as well you can add Marathas as well to the list.

What Nadir Shah did was a hard kick to the rotten pillar of a Mughal empire caused by the 27 years war with Marathas, the longest war in the Indian history.

Mughals under Aurangazeb did not represent South Asian people - Aurangazeb destroyed the religious status quo prevalent before him by destroying Hindu temples, killing of Sikh Guruji, destroying Christian settlements and established Islamic law(though not enforced). In a multireligious society like South Asia at that time, by these actions he was representing only people from one community. So there is no question of treason by the Marathas.

Treason ?? That would be so funny if it wasn't delusional.

Anybody noticed OP saying Hindus and Sikhs who fought the evil Mughals as Terrorists..

They were real heroes who were just trying to save their wives, daughters and children from getting raped and forcefully converted. No one would have risen if Aurangazeb did not go on his mad quest of Islamizing India.

The only person who was responsible for the fall of mughal empire was Aurangazeb himself.

See how this Auranganzeb(a sorry excuse for a human being) tortured and killed the ninth Sikh guru

The Mughal Emperor, Aurangzeb cherished the ambition of converting India into an Islamic country. This philosophy was also pleaded by Shaikh Ahmad Sirhindi (1569–1624), leader of the Naqashbandi School of thought, to counter the liberal policies of Akbar's reign.

The Emperor's experiment was carried out in Kashmir. The viceroy of Kashmir, Iftikar Khan (1671–1675) carried out the policy vigorously and set about converting non-Muslims by force.
A group of Kashmiri Pandits (Kashmiri Hindu Brahmins), approached Guru Tegh Bahadur and asked for help. They, on the advice of the Guru, told the Mughal authorities that they would willingly embrace Islam if Guru Tegh Bahadur did the same.

Orders of the arrest of the Guru were issued by Aurangzeb, who was in present-day North West Frontier Province of Pakistan subduing Pushtun rebellion. The Guru was arrested at a place called Malikhpur(Punjabi: ਮਲਿਕਪੁਰ) near Anandpur after he had departed from Anandpur for Delhi. Before departing he nominated his son, Gobind Rai (Guru Gobind Singh) as the next Sikh Guru.

He was arrested, along with some of his followers, Bhai Dayala(Punjabi: ਭਾਈ ਦਿਆਲਾ), Bhai Mati Das(Punjabi: ਭਾਈ ਮਤੀ ਦਾਸ) and Bhai Sati Das(Punjabi: ਭਾਈ ਸਤੀ ਦਾਸ) by Nur Muhammad Khan of the Rupnagar police post at the village Malikhpur Rangharan, in Ghanaula Parganah, and sent to Sirhind the following day. The Faujdar (Governor) of Sirhind, Dilawar Khan, ordered him to be detained in Bassi Pathana and reported the news to Delhi. His arrest was made in July 1675 and he was kept in custody for over three months. He was then kept in an iron cage and taken to Delhi in November 1675.
The Guru was put in chains and ordered to be tortured until he would accept Islam. When he could not be persuaded to abandon his faith to save himself from persecution, he was asked to perform some miracles to prove his divinity. Refusing to do so, Guru Tegh Bahadur was beheaded in public at Chandni Chowk on 24 November 1675. Guru Ji is also known as "Hind Di Chadar" i.e. "The Shield of India", suggesting that he gave up his life to protect Hinduism.

so why blame Persians, Marathas, Sikhs or British when u had scum like Aurangazeb?

I know British rule was terrible, But one good thing which came out was Mughal empire was destroyed and thrown out

A dark chapter in our history. Yes. When internal rivalries were exploited by foreigners to defeat us and plunder our wealth.

You cant forget the history when same kings/Feudal/rai bahadurs etc who helped brits are still ruling us and looting our wealth and depositing it in west.

that is all history.those individuals are dead right now.we should move forward and remove any hatred from our minds.let their current actions towards us judge our reactions towards them and not the actions of their forefathers

History should never be forgotten, if it is not to be repeated. In other words, people who forget history are doomed to repeat it.
