BJP Failed because India has a Vibrant Democracy. Indian People can Choose or Throw away whomever they want.
Its a Proof that how sensible the Indian Voters are and How Powerful the Indian Democracy is.

This is something to be Truely Proud of. Jai Hind !

So you mean to say that when Indians voted in BJP they were fools? No man there are policy reasons and one factor has to dominate in making people think other wise. There has to be a core reason for people rejecting tall claims of BJP.

Congress will move the economy. Little Gandhi will work hard this time ...

. . .
It's mainly because modi turn out to be another p*ssy leader. Sadly, we have to bear Rahul Gandhinas our next pm. I would say that Indians should mentally prepare themselves as pappu is going to be our next pm.

Okay give your own reason.

From 2014 bjp won more then 20+ election so losing these state election was much needed to focus on 2019 elections...
Acc to me ( i might be wrong) bjp lost due to below reasons
1) Rajasthan:- people were against Vasundhara Raje not BJP, there was a common saying ki BJP tujhse bair nahi Vasundhara Teri Khair nahi , Rajasthan defete will not impact much the central elections
2) MP and Chattisgarh:- BJP was ruling these states from last 15 years with the same CM face. It's common for the govt to change , we saw that in Gujarat election.
In fact BJP giving tough fight is a positive sign for them.
3) Telangana and Mizoram:- BJP doesn't have any base in these states , so we cannot call bjp lost these states.
In fact it's Congress which was rejected in Telangana and was thrown out of govt in Mizoram...
However, defeat is defeat... BJP has acknowledged that and will be focusing more towards 2019 election

In MP, BJP has a higher vote share than Congress, while in Rajasthan they are almost equal. Only in Chattisgarh the difference in vote share is high between BJP and Cong. There are mainly 2 reasons behind the loss of BJP, Rural distress (Due to bumper harvest, prices have fallen considerably leading to lower income for farmers) and Muslims voting in large number against the BJP. As per reports, 85% voted for the Congress and only 4% for BJP.
While BJP swept the urban constituencies, it was beaten by Congress in the rural ones.
But these elections cannot be seen as a vote for Congress. In Telengana and Mizoram where BJP has no presence, Congress was swept under the carpet. In Telengana Congress was leading a mega alliance of anti BJP parties which failed miserably.
