Why aren't the circled areas LOC??

But doesn't it means that JAMMU is not disputed?Because those areas are either bordering our International boundary or China's. I believe the north is too inhabitable hence it is left alone.
Also they do violate the southern sector as Sialkot is there. (Correct me if im wrong)

Jammu Ladakh are pro India more than even how AJK and GB is pro pak. , never would they agree to be ruled by Pakistan.

Kargil is Shia dominated, they have never been pro Pakistan in history, so I doubt that. There is hardly one incidence of protest in Kargil or Leh per year, mostly local politics.
What is telling is that Ladakh as a whole including Kargil elected a BJP candidate this year by a big margin, mainly because Muslims voted for BJP as well.
They chose their bed. UNfortunately you cannot make that decision for them. Neither can INdia, or Jammu, or the valley.
