First u talk of water being stopped by India & latter on u try to divert the topic by saying Kashmir issued should be solved for peace. What will you do if Kashmir beomes a indipendent country & if they stop the water. Both countries are somewhere responsible for all these consequences. The only thing we can do is to try to settle things.

There was no peace treaty. It was a conditional surrender.
