I would argue otherwise. Hezbollah was formed due to the Israeli occupation of Lebanon. Israel itself hasn't hesitated to burn any bridges with it's neighbors. Israel's trigger happy actions have earned it more enemies.

You are at advantageous position, but for how long. If Arab neighbors decided to break peace accords, this attitude will go away overnight. Israel don’t wish to fight a war with real army, even with these broken Arab states.

If I was an Israeli, I would have offered Palestinian decent deal that is acceptable and get this issue over with. Because the Influence of US, the Grantor of Israel’s security is diminishing . Remember, Israel is just 10 miles across.

Exactly. And you know why? Because it is exactly like what I said first. You have an entire apple, you have carved some tiny dot pieces out of it, and you want to keep the rest.

All Palestinians will get is a disconnected land that will forever depend on Israel and will be at your mercy even for traveling to different parts of it.
