Why are uneducated people the loudest ??

.
I would beg to disagree, it can be due to cultural reasons or learned behaviors. You see we as children learn from our peers and parents, if they are loud or if we grow up in a loud environment then we will mimic that behavior. For example, Somalian people are generally loud and gesticulate and they may come off as aggressive or loud/rude but this is not normally the case, it is the way they express themselves.

Eastern European people will seldom smile, so if you are from a culture where people smile often being exposed to such behavior may give cause for alarm or the feeling that people are being cold or rude, that is certainly not the case.

Similarly I know people who are highly educated and come from very well established backgrounds but are loud, obtuse and offensive. The key take away from this is we all have our own values beliefs attitudes and behaviors and we should strive not to judge others by the same.
That's good point, you are to the point sir
This is not due to education or non availability of education but because of the influential forces of a society who defines the pattern of behaviors of their inhabitants

loudest and more vulgarist, take PTI fan boys as an example

Who is judging ? It's just an observation.
I guess when you get over whelmed by emotions and the sensitivity level rises above a certain threshold, you make a come back with a post/posts on pdf, portraying an outburst of thoughts on subjects bothering you. Having real life friends to talk to is also a good idea.

It is your perception about uneducated people speaking the loudest as cultural influence heavily dominates on the tone of people in that part of the world however it is broadly correct assuming educated people are tend to be more organised and they not only try to complete their coursework/assignments but also work on themselves...

But in general spanish people mostly speak loud like Pakistanis and it is the way they are... in urdu we say garam joshi ka izhar karna.... that signs of warmth relationship is by speaking face to face, ideally loud voice to make others realise that you are speaking with love and compassion

There r few people who would respond in so low voice like... aaye ho... welcome.. baith jao... aur theek... and thats it... and such environment of parhay likhay log does not sit with our society.... depends on the area to area

You become good listener/speaker and know how to argue/debate when you get awareness of things around you. Education provide you awarenss and maturity. People with knowledge act as if they know nothing and peopel with no knowledge often claim as if they know everything thats why they always try to prove themselevs right with loud noises and shouting ..Ever heard "Empty vessels make the most noise" ?

Why is it that uneducated people seem to be loudest, unfriendly and rude than the educated ones ?
I've met many educated and uneducated ones and I always found uneducated to be more loud, sharp and rude compared to those who are educated ?
I'm not generalising all uneducated ones , just an observation .
Do you feel same ? What could be the reason ? And how to shut them up .

Punjabis are pretty loud, but they have the highest literacy rates so...
