Why are there non full Muslim democracies?

.
LOL India @ 39 and "Flawed Democracy" a bit of an understatement IMO

OT, I always thought Turkey was a functioning democracy, surprised to note the Hybrid Regime tag!

.
Because Muslims don't read the Koran themselves. Most Muslims would be shocked if they were told that the Koran supports the eight principles of western democracy as outlined in Today’s Ism’s by Ebenstein and Fogelman.

.
If democracy comes how mulla and agent of islam will survive?

these thekedar of islam don't want to share the power with common ppl.

Democracies tend not to function well in nations where there is a large illiterate population.

Oh please do tell. Tell me one single place where democracy functions well.

Do they work well in the US, where people like Bush and Obama get elected? Or Blair in Britain? All these poloticians excel in promising everything to their people, and once in power, all of those promises are forgotten. They lie to their country to get them involved in false wars where their own people loose their lives, and frequently bow to special interests like oil companies and giant finance corporations(which actually make huge campaign contributions to enable these politicians to get elected in the first place), and these politicians then pass legislation benefitting these mega corporations at the cost of the downtrodden masses.

Democracy equals out the idiots and the well-informed. Someone who does his research thoroughly and is well-informed about important issues and essentially can make a well-informed decision while voting, gets the same one vote that any ignorant idiot gets. Unfortunately, there are ALOT more idiots than well-informed people, and the results are plainly visible in most democracies around the world - The pattern is that these politicians get elected with high approval ratings and by the time they leave, they are widely hated with rock bottom ratings after breaking all promises and compromising the people and helping the wealthy and powerful. Then some new guy comes in and does the same sweet talk making beautiful promises, and the idiots fall for it again. Obama seemed like the best smooth talker in recent times, after getting elected, he's gone back on pretty much everything he promised. India's Man Singh and the democratic govt isn't exactly a shining example either, nor is Pakistan's democratically elected zardari.

Which system do you suggest?

.
In my opinion, no system can function properly for very long without a vibrant and active populace. With this, any system can work, even the most dictatorial kingship, and even democracy.

Constant and sharp vigilance is and has always been the price. Historically, it has even kept bad rulers at bay and on their tiptoes.

All other stuff about democracy bring some golden best system is just a western propagandist notion. Only those in government and pseudo-intellectuals blindly sing praises of democracy (pseudo because these intellectuals don't have original thought and only parrot what others have said) .

When looked at logically, this system is probably one of the worse forms of government out there. Democracy failed even in Ancient Greece, where the populace would democratically vote to invade weaker neighboring city states to enrich themselves. And then they ended up being beaten very very badly, by everyone else:
