Manmohan Singh even though he has his share of faults atleast he does not have lunatics like modi & goons if advani would have avoided the babri mosque episode's & BJP did not have the gujrat riot plus modi & his right wing lunatic's then yes bjp would have been better but it's not the case & that is what make's the BJP a communal party which is a security risk for the country it is nothing but a aristocratic hinduistic version of the pre indepence

Prime Minister is the head of Ministers and the less spoken about PMs Ministers today the better. Manmohan has his hands, legs tied and mouth gagged, the comparison should be between Vajpayee and Sonia cause there is where the power center lies

Well first you have to define what is the criteria of selecting efficient. How are you rating the PMs?

Is GDP growth rate? Is it GDP itself? FDI inflows? Defence spending amount? How do you rate Foreign policy? Is the number of FTAs, CEPAs e.t.c signed? The number of foreing trips by PM/President to other countries and vice versa? Taking political risks to do something that they believed is in the betterment of the country, Nuke deal with the US vs Pokhran nuke explosions for example. Dealing with Internal stability in terms of sepratist movements/terrorism/communal riots.

Lets list the things down and put the figures and see who performs better. MMS would have an unfair advantage though because of serving two terms instead of Vajpayee's one term.

bjp has better muslim leaders than congress. congress is responsible for more communal riots and killing of more people than bjp. so, congress is more communal. so congress should be dismantled for the betterment and unity of this country.
