the idea you mentioned has a flaw, enemy knows this and expects us to do same. If march ends with students detained and a student covered in blood, they will win the propaganda war. Last thing we need is an injured student showcased on international media.
we will loose if we follow the strategy proposed by you. this is what we did after all in 70s and 80s. we created MQM to counter someone and the. to counter MqM we created Jamiyat. and look where that has brought us today?
we cannot go down that road again.

After our corrupt leaders failed to deliver, the answer of these misguided souls was not rule of law, anti corruption campaign, accountability or equality of justice. It was to bash Capitalism. It was to advocate for misplaced ideas of socialism. If they think that foreign capitalist multinationals are exploiting Pakistan, instead of protectionism and promotion of local industry, they demand socialism.

They will be surprised what our leaders can pull off in a socialist system. Pakistan's bureaucracy and successive governments have failed to save even the 2 major state owned entities of steel mills and the PIA. These 'masooms' think that more government intervention in the economic affairs of the people of Pakistan is needed
I think we have had enough already.

I dont thing that there should exist an unregulated capitalism which the Americans idealize. American are facing great problems of education and health care in their country due to exploitative nature of the private schools and the monopoly of the health care industry. However, this situation necessitates a regulation by the legislative and not a communist revolution. In Pakistan more work needs to be done on application of current laws rather than making new laws.

There also needs to be an effort to eliminate the feudal culture of Pakistan because of which thousands of people are bonded into forced and low wages labour in Punjab and Sindh. It is important that the labour force of the country is documented by the new government so it can plan safety nets for them accordingly of which laws are already present. This is a cultural problem and not a problem of ideology of governance. It needs to be tackled as such. Education and documentation of labour will help reduce the influence of this culture.

After 9/11 when we started eradicating religious extremists , this whole period of 10 years from 2004-2014, we let these surkhas have an open field to play. ln the cover of 'enlightenment moderation' they not only ridiculed our religious thought process through e-media but also connected it to our Military's past and present role in country's affairs.There was a time the main issue discussed over news channels was Hudood ordinance like they had no other news and ZA Bhutto's anniversary was celebrated like he was the only reformist Pakistan ever had. The debacle of Musharraf and how he left the system just worsened it to a new low.All that didnt really produce any new surkhas but it definitely gave way to a wave of ethno-fascism.It came in through the ruling parties PPP/ANP/BNP who are far from being called a surkha yet they use their values for their international projection and relevance.All in all not only did they maintain their subtle socialist outlook but also kept the west happy.At the back end they funded uber-nationalists,criminals and nasty student unions who would later be used as a wild card when and where needed whether its Uzair Baluch or Manzur Pashteen or many others we haven't even heard about..

These student organizations BSO,PSF and others the surkhas reached out to are also somewhere in the hierarchy.They are pawns of our naudero and charsadah politicians and they are being facilitated by surkha launchpads like LUMS that is surprisingly the biggest receiver of US educational grants.
See it in a bigger canvass.Protests happening, in Lebanon,Iraq,lrann and PAkistan. Fazlur Rehman might be back soon on the roads and these student organizations imagine if they join the madarsah students and do havoc on provincial level something Fazl is weak at .We have already seen liberal twitter handlers supporting Fazlurehman. So if you connect the dots they are preparing for Fazlu rehmans next adventure and will try to act as a force-multiplier. This might be just around the corner .The powers in international arena want IK to put a halt or slow down key OBOR projects and for that they might have promised Ik/military a lot, a lot than one could imagine, that includes a commitment on Kashmir or Khalistan things that can make India cringe and also a big chunk in BUILD Act ( IDFC ) the upcoming US version of BRI/OBOR/CPEC.Pakistan has to choose if they will fall for this US stick and carrot policy or walk its own road. Moving the CPEC authority to a person like General (R)Asim Saleem Bajwa has sent shivers across and that can be seen in the recent desperate speech of Alice Wells so they will react.
Pakistan should prepare for fresh protests which will come soon anytime after December 5th. Shut Fazls mouth,prepare how to disperse the protests even before reaching the capital and ban student bodies for now to avoid a successful plan B.

To combat bad ideas, a speaker needs to present good ideas. Someone articulate and brave need to counter protest these group with counter arguments backed up with citations, similar to Dr. Naik. When students get out into the real world, they will see that their elite rich bubble solutions won’t solve the concerns of the vast majority of the people, and so should work with the law and society to bring about implementation of laws already made in a democratic means in the parliament. This is why debate training, well organized counter arguments need to be prepared to counter their “talking points”.

I may be wrong but in my assessment current student march would be used to provide the cover to PTM march towards Islamabad which they are planning form some time but has not put it in action, Fazlu Diesel may join at any suitable time.

I just can not ignore that how much importance and coverage is given to this march which is not organised for the first time in Pakistan, this could not be a coincidence

Pakistan has to choose if they will fall for this US stick and carrot policy or walk its own road.

Like it is said 'If you do not have your own plan then you are part of someone else planning'

And my understanding is America is not a Friend, America is not an Ally so there is no carrot for and never will be .... this leave us with stick only
