Hang all the judges and barristers from minar-e-pakistan. If the rope snaps the neck then they are guilty. If however the rope does not kill them then they are innocent. Let the rope decide.
I guarantee you that every judge that remains alive will be a shinning example of honest and truthful judiciary the world over.
This process should be repeated every year on 14th August to ensure that all remaining judges are doing an honest job.
